Oracle Cloud business is growing at a rapid rate: Oracle Gen2 Cloud Infrastructure and Autonomous Database revenue is up over 100% in the second quarter in FY21. Many Oracle customers are deciding to migrate their Oracle database to the Cloud, and we still have an incredible number of customers to migrate to Oracle Cloud. In fact, in the last quarter, we had more requests that we could handle…

Challenge: find out the decision making process within SMB companies when it comes to enterprise software selection, and find an answer to these questions:

  1. who are the decision makers?
  2. who are the influencers?
  3. what are the key business drivers?

Please provide recommendations to Oracle for how to win more customer share for the Oracle Gen 2 Cloud Infrastructure.
