EGADE Inovation Lab

Collaboration Overview

For a full quarter (3 months) students apply their – on going – MBA program knowledge to solve a big challenge that a company has. A team of students work together in order to solve the challenge and they are mentored by some director or manager from the company. Students have to present a final presentation to an executive or director from the company, hence it has to be real challenge that currently the company faces. A part of an experiential learning pedagogy, executives, managers or specialists from the company offer a masterclass or lectures related to the MBA academic program, that will ultimately useful for their future careers. The program has scheduled Fridays for this practice. Students – not the school – usually sign an NDA.
