Internship Program Synopsis

Women in AI (WAI) is a global nonprofit, community-driven initiative bringing awareness and knowledge through education, events, and blogging. Currently, we are launching a new community in the US. It will include the WaiAccelerate incubation program and the WaiHackathon event dedicated to the SDG (Sustainable Development Goals). We are looking for young people to help us to launch the hackathon which will be held in June. It's an outstanding opportunity for women and minority students interested in technology, AI or computer science to work on the leading initiative dedicated to women in technology / artificial intelligence. It's important to mention that our team is international, so we are open to students from any country. The engagement process is completely remote. We use Slack, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Airtable, Google Docs and other tools to make our process completely seamless. Your tasks will include growth, marketing, hackathon support, content creation and social media activities. The Wai network is constantly growing, so successful students can become our team members, ambassadors or influencers. We also provide you with: - Access to our global network and peers; - Free events, talks and meetings; - Mentoring and education; - Further growth and development.
